On 9 March, the epidemic situation in Shanghai became more and more serious, and there was someone who has had close physical contact with the patients at the factory in Lin-Gang Special Area. 

In order to proactively support the pandemic prevention and control measures, the company immediately arranged for all employees to be isolated in the company in an orderly manner. The incident happened suddenly, so the company urgently prepared all the necessary supplies for them, meet their needs and ease everyone's worries as far as possible. After the 14-day quarantine period, the company presented each employee with a bouquet of sunflowers which brings hope and motivation, and a custom-made cake to express the gratitude for their efforts and determination to go through such a difficult time with the company.

During the epidemic, the company adopted a combination of centralized closed production and teleworking to ensure continuous production management. At the Linwan cGMP Pilot Facility in Lin-gang Special Area, the production process of the ongoing project was in urgent need of additional personnel, so a large number of employees were willing to return to the company to the orderly operation. In mid-April, the company organized a new group of employees to go back to the pilot facility to ensure production. On the premise that the pandemic prevention is done well, all departments work together through thick and thin to make sure all projects can be delivered as scheduled. Citizens feel warm in a city with love; employees have power in a company with kindness, just have power. We firmly believe that with our concerted efforts, the epidemic will eventually pass and our future will be prosperous.
